This weekend I attended my OHS class reunion. I would like to thank everyone in attendance and say I had a great time.

The Mayor's budget requests just became public. The City Council will now work with the public to make it final. Do you have any suggestions?

Julianne and I had our first child last night. His name is Evan John Spatz and he weighed 6 pounds and 8 ounces. He is healthy and everyone is doing well. I will now be soliciting advice for both solving the budget problem and parenting.

The City Council had a public hearing on Monday on whether to allow dog kennels within the city limits. How do you feel about this issue? Should the city allow these types of boarding kennels in the city?

I just want to thank you for your support in the election. We had a lot of people help and we could not have won without it. Let me know your thoughts on the recent election.

Recently the Lincoln City Council has debated the usefulness of an internal auditor. Do you think it would be best to employ an individual to perform the duties or contract with an outside group to do the work?

It looks like we won the primary election tonight. I want to thank all the people who voted for me and helped thus far. We have a lot of work to do over the next month. Please continue to share your input with me. What do we need to do over the next month to keep this momentum?

The Northwest District in Lincoln has ususally had very low voter turnout. How can we get more people out to vote in our district?

Many people from the district are asking me about the 2015 Visioning group. I have heard a variety of comments. How do you feel about the 2015 pillars? Are there specific parts of their plan you like or dislike?

Many people in our district have said the closing of the Starship Movie Theater was disappointing. Do you think North Lincoln needs a movie theater and would you go to movies in North Lincoln?
